Period 1 (P1): January, February, March, November, December (except periods mentioned below).
Period 2 (P2): Carnival, April, May, June, September (except periods mentioned below).
Period 3 (P3): October.
Period 4 (P4): May 1st holiday in the Netherlands (1 week), July, August, All Saints' Day (1 week).
Period 5 (P5): Special weekends: Easter, Ascension, Whitsun.
Period 6 (P6): Christmas.
Period 7 (P7): New Year.
To the rent, the charges are added as follows :
- Charges (gas, water, electricity, garbage + tourist tax): 49€ / night in summer, 59€ / night in winter
- Compulsory cleaning: 150€
- Firewood optional: 7€ / basket
- Deposit: 500€
Examples:
- Charges for a weekend of 2 nights in summer: 248€ + 500€ deposit
- Charges for a weekend of 2 nights in winter: 268€ + 500€ deposit
Some points to note before your arrival:
- Our friends pets are not allowed.
- The cottage is equipped with a bed and a baby chair.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental must be paid at least 15 days before your arrival.
- A deposit of 500 € is required. The deposit will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of the end of your stay (less any damage or cleaning costs beyond the ordinary use of the rented premises). The proposed fixed amount of the bond does not prejudice any means of appeal or re-invoicing of chargeable costs in excess of the amount of the fixed bond.
- For weekend rentals, the entrance to the gîte is on Friday between 4pm and 6pm. Departure is on Sunday evening before 8pm.
- For rentals starting during the week, the entrance to the gîte is between 4pm and 6pm. Departure is on Friday morning, at the latest by 10am.
- Your reservation is equivalent to the acceptance of all our general conditions or internal regulations.
